OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Integrated outpatient services and residential behavioral health care under one roof.

WELCOME TO LIVING HOPE CLINIC’S OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

We are fully licensed and credentialed to provide a wide range of clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and rehabilitative services that support the emotional, physical, legal, and functional stability of every individual we serve. Our outpatient model is designed for adults seeking structured, compassionate, and high-quality care while maintaining their daily responsibilities. Whether clients are healing from trauma, managing chronic medical conditions, working on long-term recovery, complying with court mandates, or striving to meet weight loss and wellness goals, Living Hope Clinic provides the tools, expertise, and human connection required to move forward with confidence. What sets our clinic apart is our integrated whole-person approach. A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO WELLNESS

At Living Hope Clinic, we believe true healing is achieved when mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being are addressed simultaneously. Many of our clients arrive with interconnected needs such as anxiety paired with chronic pain, trauma paired with substance use, legal challenges paired with mental health symptoms, or health concerns tied to metabolic or lifestyle factors. Our team is equipped to treat these concerns as interrelated components of one individualized plan rather than separate problems. Every service—from counseling to lab testing, from medication management to domestic violence treatment—is delivered within a compassionate, culturally responsive environment. Our providers honor each patient’s history, values, and goals, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and empowered at every step of the healing process.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

Our outpatient behavioral health services are designed to support individuals navigating conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, mood instability, psychosis, personality disorders, anger dysregulation, grief, adjustment issues, and co-occurring challenges involving substance use. Clients receive structured, clinically informed care delivered through therapy, psychiatric support, and case management. Counseling & Psychotherapy Counseling is at the heart of our outpatient program. Clients meet with licensed therapists who guide them through personalized therapeutic journeys involving emotional processing, skill development, and meaningful self-reflection. Sessions may focus on confronting traumatic experiences, unraveling unhealthy thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-esteem, working through interpersonal conflict, or addressing the psychological components of addiction and recovery. Therapists use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, motivational enhancement, and person-centered strategies. Treatment plans are highly individualized, reflecting each client's personal history, cultural background, and long-term hopes for change. Group Therapy & Skill Development Group therapy allows clients to connect with others who share similar struggles and motivations. Within these group sessions, participants learn practical coping tools for managing stress, communicating effectively, setting boundaries, regulating emotions, and navigating triggers. Recovery-focused groups emphasize relapse prevention, accountability, habit restructuring, and the development of healthier thought patterns and behavioral responses. Family Support & Relationship Healing Family involvement is often a critical part of healing. Our therapists collaborate with families to improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict patterns, address anger or trauma, and strengthen supportive foundations that contribute to long-term stability.

MEDICATION SERVICES &
PSYCHIATRIC CARE

Our psychiatric provider conducts detailed evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and determine whether medication is an appropriate component of treatment. Medication services include ongoing monitoring, dosage adjustments, symptom tracking, and education about risks and benefits. Clients are supported through medication stabilization and long-term management, ensuring their treatment remains effective and safe. Medication services address a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related symptoms, sleep disturbances, attention-related conditions, and substance-use-related psychiatric concerns. Medication decisions are always made collaboratively, respecting client preferences and cultural considerations.

PHYSICAL HEALTH SERVICES

Recognizing the essential link between physical and emotional health, Living Hope Clinic provides primary care services alongside behavioral treatment. Clients can receive routine health examinations, acute medical care, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, medication refills, and wellness consultations directly at our location. Our medical providers support clients dealing with hypertension, diabetes, chronic pain, respiratory concerns, metabolic disorders, hormonal issues, respiratory infections, and many other health conditions. Because behavioral health and physical health often impact one another, clients benefit from a coordinated treatment plan that addresses both simultaneously. Nursing staff are also available to monitor vital signs, administer injections, provide patient education, and assist with medication adherence.

CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES

Living Hope Clinic integrates laboratory services as part of comprehensive medical and behavioral health care. Laboratory testing supports accurate diagnosis, safe treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing monitoring throughout the recovery process.

Laboratory services may be utilized during intake, ongoing treatment, and medical follow-up to ensure clinical decisions are informed, timely, and evidence-based.

Types of Laboratory Services

Laboratory testing may include, when clinically indicated:

  • Drug and alcohol screening and confirmation testing
  • Medication monitoring and compliance testing
  • Infectious disease screening
  • Routine medical and wellness-related laboratory tests
  • Laboratory support for physical health and integrated care services

Testing is ordered based on medical necessity and clinical judgment and is used to enhance safety, accountability, and treatment effectiveness.

Coordination & Compliance

Laboratory services are:

  • Ordered and reviewed by qualified medical providers
  • Conducted in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
  • Integrated into the individual’s overall treatment plan
  • Coordinated with external certified laboratories when applicable

Results are handled with strict attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness, in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Role in Recovery & Continuity of Care

Laboratory services play an important role in:

  • Supporting safe medication use, including MAT when applicable
  • Monitoring health conditions that may impact recovery
  • Enhancing clinical accountability and treatment engagement
  • Supporting coordination between outpatient and residential levels of care

By integrating laboratory services into treatment, Living Hope ensures that care decisions are informed, coordinated, and focused on long-term recovery and wellness.

Wellness Programs

Modern GLP-1/GIP therapy, advanced body composition tracking, and nutrition-forward care—built for sustainable results.

At Living Hope Clinic, weight loss is not just about the scale. It’s about metabolic health, muscle preservation, nutrition, and long-term wellbeing.

Our medical weight-loss program combines evidence-based medications—such as semaglutide (Ozempic®/Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®/Zepbound®)—with InBody 380 body composition analysis, individualized nutrition guidance, and ongoing medical oversight.

This integrated, whole-person approach supports both physical and mental health, helping clients lose fat safely while maintaining strength, energy, and confidence.

How the Program Works

1) Comprehensive Medical Evaluation

Your journey begins with a thorough assessment:

  • Review of medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and weight-loss goals
  • Baseline vitals and laboratory testing (as clinically indicated)
  • InBody 380 scan to establish your starting body composition (fat mass, muscle mass, and fluid balance)

This allows your provider to design a plan that is safe, realistic, and personalized.

2) Personalized Treatment & Medication Plan

If appropriate:

  • Your provider may prescribe a GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medication
  • Dosing is individualized and typically administered once weekly via a small subcutaneous injection
  • You may self-inject at home (with training) or receive in-clinic administration

Medication is used as a tool, not a shortcut—supporting appetite regulation, satiety, and metabolic control.

3) Nutrition-Forward Coaching & Monitoring

Unlike programs that rely on medication alone, we emphasize nutrition and lifestyle foundations:

  • Regular follow-ups (virtual or in-person) for:
    • Dose adjustments
    • Side-effect monitoring
    • Accountability and progress review
  • Repeat InBody 380 scans to track:
    • Fat loss vs. muscle preservation
    • Changes in hydration and metabolic markers
  • Nutrition guidance aligned with current best practices, including:
    • Protein-forward eating to preserve lean mass
    • Blood-sugar-stabilizing meals
    • Hydration and electrolyte balance
    • Sustainable meal structure (not restrictive dieting)
  • Lifestyle support addressing:
    • Movement and resistance training
    • Sleep quality
    • Stress regulation and emotional eating patterns

4) Progress, Plateaus & Maintenance

Weight loss is not linear—and we plan for that.

  • Medication dosing and nutrition strategies are adjusted to manage plateaus
  • InBody data helps guide decisions when the scale alone stalls
  • Once goals are achieved, clients transition to a maintenance plan that fits their lifestyle, health needs, and budget

Our focus is lasting change, not short-term weight loss.

Why We Use the InBody 380

Traditional scales don’t tell the full story. The InBody 380 provides a fast, medical-grade analysis that helps guide smarter, safer decisions.

Key metrics include:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, and Percent Body Fat
  • Visceral Fat Level (fat surrounding internal organs)
  • Total Body Water, Intracellular & Extracellular Water, and ECW/TBW ratio
  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) estimates to inform nutrition targets
  • Phase Angle (cellular health indicator) and InBody Score (overall balance)

This allows us to prioritize fat loss while protecting lean mass, a critical factor in long-term metabolic health.

Is GLP-1 / GIP Therapy Right for Me?

You may be a candidate if you:

  • Have a BMI in the overweight or obesity range, or weight-related health risks
  • Have struggled with appetite control, cravings, or metabolic resistance
  • Are willing to pair medication with nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes
  • Can attend brief follow-ups for safety monitoring and dose adjustments

Common side effects (often temporary) may include nausea, fullness, reflux, constipation, or diarrhea.

Your provider will review all precautions, including pregnancy/breastfeeding, endocrine conditions, or history of pancreatitis, to determine if therapy is appropriate.

What to Expect Over Time

  • Weeks 1–4: Gradual dose titration; appetite and craving changes often begin
  • Weeks 4–12: Measurable body-composition changes on repeat InBody scans
  • Month 3 and beyond: Fine-tuning nutrition, activity, and dosing; transition toward maintenance

Results vary. Medication supports the process—but daily habits sustain it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between Ozempic® and Wegovy®?
Both contain semaglutide. They differ in FDA indication, dosing ranges, and labeling. Your provider selects the most appropriate option based on your clinical profile.

OPIOID TREATMENT SERVICES

Living Hope Clinic provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD). Our approach addresses both the physical dependence and the underlying psychological, emotional, and social factors that contribute to opioid misuse.

Treatment is individualized, medically informed, and grounded in dignity, safety, and long-term recovery.

We serve individuals at different stages of recovery and offer coordinated care that may include outpatient services, structured programming, and referral to residential treatment when clinically appropriate. Our goal is not only stabilization, but sustained recovery and improved quality of life.

Assessment & Intake

Every individual begins treatment with a thorough assessment and intake process designed to understand their unique needs, risks, and strengths.

The assessment process may include:

  • Comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation
  • Substance use history and prior treatment review
  • Mental health screening and diagnostic evaluation
  • Medical history, medication review, and risk assessment
  • Evaluation of withdrawal risk, safety needs, and level of care

This process allows our clinical team to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with medical necessity, clinical best practices, and the client’s personal recovery goals.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Options

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a proven, evidence-based approach for opioid use disorder that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies.

When clinically appropriate, MAT may help:

  • Reduce opioid cravings
  • Minimize withdrawal symptoms
  • Lower the risk of relapse and overdose
  • Support engagement in treatment and recovery

All medication decisions are made by qualified medical providers and are closely monitored as part of an integrated treatment plan.

MAT is never provided in isolation and is combined with counseling, education, and recovery support services.

Counseling for Opioid Recovery

Counseling services may include:

  • Individual therapy
  • Group therapy and psychoeducation
  • Trauma-informed and recovery-oriented interventions
  • Relapse prevention counseling
  • Family or supportive counseling when appropriate

Therapy is tailored to each individual’s stage of recovery and may address co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or mood disorders.

Safety & Relapse Prevention

Safety is a central priority throughout treatment. Our programs emphasize proactive relapse prevention and risk reduction strategies to help individuals maintain stability both during and after treatment.

This may include:

  • Overdose prevention education
  • Safety planning and crisis intervention strategies
  • Identification of triggers and high-risk situations
  • Development of practical coping and grounding skills
  • Coordination with medical and behavioral health providers

Clients are supported in building awareness, accountability, and confidence in managing cravings and stressors in real-world environments.

Recovery from opioid use disorder is an ongoing process. Living Hope Clinic is committed to supporting long-term recovery beyond initial stabilization.

Long-term recovery support may include:

  • Continued outpatient counseling and follow-up care
  • Case management and care coordination
  • Linkage to community resources and peer support
